17 years ago, Hurricane Andrew swept through Florida, leaving complete destruction. My friend Jen summed it up in her blog and it brought back some crazy memories. Luckily, my house did not suffer the damage that others did, and we were without power for much less time than
others.
It still remains an almost sacred storm in my mind, the one to compare all storms. 17 years. Crazy.
