How is a Florida girl supposed to survive?? Luckily, I received an e-mail from my CoS that said we had "liberal leave" which means we can arrive 2 hours late to work. Whoo hoo! 2. This weekend, I got into the baking mood (see previous post). On Saturday, I baked Banana/Sour Cream/ Chocolate Chip bread and Southern Style Biscuits. Both a success and I am grateful for those who joined me to eat them...
On Sunday, I baked an apple pie. My first pie ever. I think it was pretty damn good! And several people agreed. Thanks to that group who shared my pie success with me!
